Day 17 IN ECUADOR!

 Hey guys! This is Elea and Victoria back again for another blog. 

    This is such an exciting day filled with so many surveys! Today was our first full survey day in Santa Cruz. We started by having banana pancakes with eggs at our hotel. Then headed off to the main pier for some surveying from 9am-12pm. It was fun to navigate the new city and all its people to get surveys. Santa Cruz is much busier and we got a lot of new traffic. Once we finished for the morning we ate at El Chocolate. There, we had the best five-dollar meals with passion fruit juice. Afterward, we surveyed close to the restaurant for a bit where we saw some sea lions on the port. Then we headed back to our original spot and continued until 4pm.  After a long day outside we all treated ourselves to ice cream from Helado Tato! They have so many mixed flavors like passionfruit and blackberry. We then took some much-needed relaxation time before heading to dinner at Nazca. The food was delicious and the restaurant had the cutest decorations. Time to sleep now! See y'all tomorrow!
