DAY 6 IN ECUADOR!

Hi y’all Mackenzie and Charley checking in! 

Today we travelled from Quito to San Cristobal Island in the Galapagos. Thankfully it was an uneventful travel day and we made it smoothly to the islands. We can’t thank the team at USFQ enough for making all of the travel so easy and smooth! Upon arrival we had lunch with David from USFQ and got to try some delicious local fish. We also go to see the first bit of galapagos wildlife at lunch because of the sea lions taking naps right outside of the restaurant. After lunch, we got settled into our hotel. Then we got dinner and watched the first part of the Copa America finals. We got to see even more sea lions. They truly are everywhere on the island! Stay tuned tomorrow for the first full day on the islands!!
