Day 8 in Ecuador!

Hey y’all it’s Brian again!

We started the day off with some breakfast at our hotel and it was amazing as always! After breakfast, we headed to USFQ’s Galapagos campus where we did our finishing touches for the survey we’ll be conducting! Once we had completed the surveys we went down the road to a family owned restaurant for lunch everything we’ve been eating so far has been so flavorful and cooked with care! 

After a little break, we began the surveys and had a great first day as there was a lot of tourists and residents that we had lots of fun conversations with that resulted in lots of surveys being filled! We ended the day off with dinner at another local restaurant near the piers where we had rotisserie chicken that included beans, rice, salad, and soup!
