Day 12 in Ecuador!

 Hola! Today was a day spent surveying in San Cristóbal. We started our day right after breakfast and tried to complete as many surveys as we could before lunch. We stopped for lunch at Lucky's, which consisted of a green plantain soup and either pork, chicken, or beef tongue for the main. After lunch, we continued surveying until we had completed about 180 surveys for the day. Some of us went shopping for souvenirs before dinner at El Descanso Marinero, where Dr. M treated us to an excellent lobster and brujo dinner. So delicious! We wrapped up our day with some ice cream before heading to bed. Can't wait for what's to come!
